My boyfriend loves Home Improvement and I saw them playing the board game on a show and thought it would be a fun gift. I was honestly expecting a pretty childish game and was pleasantly surprised with the difficulty and strategy required. It certainly has some Monopoly similarities, but overall I think the concept is fun and engaging. You complete home improvement projects to earn equity. Once you reach a certain amount of equity, you can go on to win the game.
