Wasn’t sure if it would make any difference, but it really works! But you have to make sure you use it with a conductive gel- it makes the process of getting your face zapped much less painful. Additionally, if using a thick conductive gel ( not nuface gel- which is too thin), you can go all the way up on the power setting and not feel a thing.I compared it to other devices and I think this has the most positive effect on my skin. It tightens, tones and brings circulation to the areas treated.Purchased because I like the design. When it arrived one of the wands was broken and you a could only increase the intensity, to decrease you had to shut it off. Returned it for an exact replacement. Second one was returned because the power adapter kept slipping out of the port with not much effort. Stay clear
